At AvantLush, we specialize in custom UV printed products made to order in Canada. Because many of our items are personalized, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the highest production standards. Kindly read our policy.

Returns and support

Custom orders

Due to the personalized nature of our acrylic wall art, LED lamps, tumblers, wall clocks, and other custom UV printed products, all custom orders are final sale. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your design, spelling, dimensions, and uploaded artwork carefully before submitting your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@avantlush.com.Please include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate

Production Quality Standards

All AvantLush products are printed using professional UV direct printing technology on premium materials. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen display differences and lighting conditions. Customers are responsible for submitting high-resolution artwork (300 DPI or higher). We are not responsible for pixelation or quality issues caused by low-resolution files.

Ready to ship items

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Refund timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
